This is a small single drum single speed Leslie with a 12" driver.  This model is about the same size as a 145 but has what is called a "Decorator style" cabinet.

The speaker system is somewhat unusual in that the main speaker has a rotor, but there is also a stationary tweeter that provides an extended high frequency range.
